Short answer: There is no walk-in "Medicare office" in Little Rock. Medicare is run by the federal Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), and it helps people by phone at 1-800-MEDICARE (1-800-633-4227) and online at Medicare.gov. Social Security handles Medicare enrollment for most people, and the Little Rock Social Security field office is in the downtown Federal Building on West Capitol Avenue — confirm the exact address, room and current hours on the official SSA Office Locator before you go.

The Social Security Office in Little Rock
Most people sign up for Medicare Part A and Part B through Social Security, so it's the closest thing to a "Medicare office" you can visit.
- Address: The Little Rock Social Security field office is in the downtown Federal Building on West Capitol Avenue. Confirm the exact address, room and current hours on the official SSA Office Locator before you go.
- Appointments: Social Security says you must make an appointment for in-person help. Call 1-800-772-1213 (TTY 1-800-325-0778).
Hours and procedures can change. Always confirm on the official SSA Office Locator before visiting. There is also a Social Security office in Sherwood that serves part of the area. Look up its address in the same locator.
